SMART REPAIR LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

 

Coverage for defects in parts and workmanship on most repairs for as long as you own your device.

 

At Smart Repair, we stand behind the quality of our repairs and replacement parts. Most repair services performed by our technicians include a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering defects in parts and workmanship for as long as the original customer owns the device.

 

WARRANTY COVERAGE

 

Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers:

 

• Defective replacement parts installed by Smart Repair
• Workmanship performed by Smart Repair technicians
• Repair-related issues resulting from defects in parts or installation

 

If a covered repair fails due to a defect in parts or workmanship, Smart Repair will inspect the device and repair or replace the defective component at no additional charge.

 

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

 

This warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage, drops, cracks, dents, or impact damage
• Liquid or water damage
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents
• Software issues, viruses, malware, or operating system failures
• Normal wear and tear
• Battery capacity reduction due to normal usage
• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Devices with tampered or removed warranty seals (when applicable)
• Pre-existing issues unrelated to the original repair

 

SCREEN REPAIRS

 

The Limited Lifetime Warranty covers defects in screen replacement parts and installation. It does not cover cracked screens, pressure damage, impact damage, liquid damage, or display issues caused by accidental damage after the repair.

 

BATTERY REPLACEMENTS

 

Battery replacements are covered against manufacturing defects and installation issues. Normal battery aging and capacity loss from regular use are not covered.

 

ACCESSORIES WARRANTY

 

Cases, chargers, cables, screen protectors, and other accessories include a 7-day limited warranty unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

 

WARRANTY CLAIMS

 

To receive warranty service:

 

• Customers must provide the original repair receipt or proof of purchase.
• The device must be inspected by Smart Repair before warranty approval.
• Warranty coverage is determined after technician evaluation.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 

Smart Repair is not responsible for any loss of data, loss of use, loss of profits, or consequential damages resulting from device failure. Customers are encouraged to back up all data before any repair service.
